Job Description
RN - Labor and Delivery / Triage/ Postpartum - Permanent FT Position
Shift: Nights - Multiple shifts available
Schedule: Full time

We provide evidence based, patient centered care for high-risk perinatal patients. Our staff is provided educational opportunities throughout the year that include emergency simulation drills. Staffing is based on patient acuity, utilizing Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nursing (AWHONN) staffing standards.
labor and delivery unit is comprised of 28 private labor delivery recovery rooms, 3 operating suites, 2 recovery bays, and 7 OB triage bays. All 28 labor delivery recovery rooms are private with showers and/or bathtubs, birthing balls, squatting bars and most everything else to make the delivery experience for families as comfortable as possible. As a TeamBirth hospital, we utilize huddles as a method of communicating with families and the birthing team to help everyone understand the plan of care and make informed decisions.
Pay Range: $ 45.67 - $ 85.73 base rate shift differentials apply
Shift: Nights - Multiple shifts available

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
-
1 year Nursing experience.

Fetal Monitoring certification required
