Charge RN- Acute Med Surgical - Permanent Position - FT Nights
Shift: Night
Schedule: Full time

he RN Clinical Charge Nurse is responsible for directing and overseeing the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift to assure successful safe delivery of care. The Charge Nurse is a caregiver and often takes modified patient care assignment. They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders.
he RN Clinical Charge Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. Expectations of practice include: accountability; responsibility and authority for the practice of nursing; effective teamwork; delegation; communication; respect; personal development; and development of team members.
Pay Range: $ 48.67 - $ 88.73
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Qualification:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)

Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualification:
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated upon hire.
