Professional Travel Social Worker Position

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

  • Requirements: MSW or LCSW certification
  • Responsibilities: Discharge planning, MDR, Referrals, Family and Patient collaboration
  • Compensation: Estimated Pay Package of $1600

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of community resources and social service programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
